Study Details
This is Gerry Capatos of Hagen/Sinclair Research Recruiting. We are looking for participants for a usability research project to improve an online tax filing tool.
If you received a salary (W-2) and/or pension or retirement income (1099-R) in 2024, we would very much like to hear from you.
We invite you to complete a 3-hour online research session between March 12 and 18.
Using your computer with webcam, you will meet with a researcher, who will observe you using the site and listen to your honest feedback. The session will not be recorded and your identity and all information will be protected and kept anonymous.
You will receive $225 to thank you for your time and assistance.
