Part 1 - if selected to participate -  $75 (30-45min Online Survey)

Part 2 - if selected to participate - $150 (90 minute Webcam Group)

Open to ages 25-60

Part 1 - if selected to participate -  $75 (Online Survey)

•Online Survey: Length: 30-45 minutes
•Platform: Remesh
•Must have high speed internet AND use a desktop/laptop computer to complete the survey.  
•Cannot use a smartphone or tablet
•Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (Internet Explorer is not compatible)
•Survey must be complete between Wednesday, November 19th at 12pm ET and Sunday, November 23rd by 12pm ET.  
•Survey can be complete at any time during this time frame (please complete as soon as possible)
•Must be complete by Sunday, November 23rd by 12pm ET
•Complete the entire survey at one time, do not log in and out to complete at a later time.

Part 2 - if selected to participate - $150 (90 minute Webcam Group)
Must have a Webcam to participate in Part 2, the follow up Webcam Group
•Follow Up Webcam Group: After completion of Online Survey, Some will be selected to participate in a 90 minute Webcam Group, held December 3rd or 4th  
•If selected for Part 2, you will be notified by email with the details.
