Focus Group About Understanding Credit Scores

We are conducting a focus group to understand how people in Los Angeles County, CA, and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino) view and manage their credit scores. No prior expertise is required! We simply want to hear your honest perspectives and experiences.

During the focus group, you will discuss:

Understanding Credit Scores:
• What is a credit score and how does it work?
• Where do you get your credit score information?
• How important is your credit score to you?

Impact of Credit Scores:
• How does your credit score affect your daily life?
• Have you ever been denied credit or faced higher interest rates due to your credit score?
• What are your concerns or anxieties about credit scores?

Improving Your Credit:
• What resources or tools do you use to manage your credit?
• What challenges do you face in improving your credit score?
• What information or support would be helpful to you?

The focus group will be held online:
• Dates: February 12th, February 14th, and February 17th
• Times: 1 PM - 3:30 PM & 5 PM - 7:30 PM

Compensation: $220

To participate, you must:
• Be between 18 and 66 years old
• You live in Los Angeles County, CA, or nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, or San Bernardino) • Be available for a 2.5-hour online focus group session
